So I am about to leave for Australia...very scary but unbelievably exciting at the same time! I am going to miss everyone so much, but I will always be able to stay in touch via Facebook, iMessage, Whatsapp, Viber etc the list goes on!

... another excellent dinner, with a sharing Ploughman's Platter for starters, a Cromwell's Burger for me and delicious Pan-Fried Chicken Breast for Julie, followed by a couple of beers and ciders in the Salopian Bar, one of the most interesting places in Shrewsbury for beer drinkers - and managed a bit more of a win on the quiz machine too.

Clocks go forward tomorrow but the prolonged period of calm weather means that a trip to the Welsh coast is beckoning.

... pitch in Paris last month was playing today, so we went there and settled down in front of the TV for a couple of hours. It was a good match with some entertaining passages of play. I felt a bit sorry for the Irish who probably deserved to win but could only come away with a draw.
