I just got back from a fabulous although cut short trip. This time with a goal, finish well the NYC Marathon.

I had said once some years ago that if I were to do a marathon this is the only 1 I wanted to do....aka dream marathon.

Faaaar out been busy

Casting my mind back from Lake Gaston up to Shanandoah Nat park in the Appalachians mountains. When withdrawing money in the USA every bank charges $3 we worked this out after going around the city trying to find one that didn't (that was fun) get cash back when buying things and there is no charge!
finally if you want to be clean, wash your hair every day. After half a day in the city I washed mine and the water literally ran black! Yummy!
