The Best Little B&B on the Caye: Changes In Latitude!

Granted, it is the ONLY bead and breakfast on Ambergris Caye, but it one of the best accommodations on the island!

This was our first visit back to the island after living there for 6 months. What a gem this place is!

Cindy and Renita have created a totally charming and comfortable little inn. The breakfasts are fantastic, the accommodations comfortable and inviting, the clientele interesting and friendly. The hostesses make you feel like family.

Can't recommend it highly enough. We will return!

Carefree Stressfree Vacation

I finally am getting around to sending an overdue thank you to Cindy and Renita - for a truly great time in San Pedro. Matt and I had such a great time in Belize and were so fortunate to literally stumble upon your inn. I can't believe that a month has nearly passed since we were there

Home away from home...

We will be going back to Belize, and to Changes in Latitudes B&B!

Wonderful Christmas trip to Belize offered us a chance to stay at one of the best travel deals on the island. Caroline was an excellent chef for breakfast each morning, and the fry jacks were out of this world!

Renita and Cindy made everything easy and it was as close to an "all inclusive" resort as you can get. The rooms were all decorated in tropical themes and no request was ungranted. We never had to waste any of our vacation time trying to find things to do or places to go...these women took care of EVERYTHING!

We will be back!

What a great find!! Lovely B&B, lovely courtyard, lovely innkeepers...

We stayed for a far-too-short 2 nights at CIL and couldn't have asked for more. Hosts, Cindy and Renita, are so friendly and amazingly helpful that we immediately felt right at home. They obviously love the island and really want to help you experience it fully. Our room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was wonderful. The courtyard is lovely with hammocks and lounging chairs for relaxing. Access to the BYC next door was a bonus (pool is lovely). We rented bicycles and really enjoyed exploring the island(although beware of crazy golf cart drivers and one way streets - even bicycles must follow one way rules!). We'll be back again and will definitely stay at CIL on our next trip.

Beautiful place and people

Changes In Latitudes is small but perfectly formed, the rooms are beautifully decorated with a real homely atmosphere and Cindy and Renita make you feel really welcome. We stayed on honeymoon and loved the place, the garden especially is great with hammocks and fairy lights at night it's very sweet. They helped us with a few days out, which were all fantastic, I just hope one day we'll get back there.

Great find at amazing price

We loved CIL. A wonderful place with the most amazing caretaker, she knows the island inside an out. It's the perfect place if you are looking to feel like part of the island culture. The breakfast is the best on the island.

Great find, inexpensive and comfortable

Our family stayed here while snorkling and roaming around Ambergris and San Pedro. The owner Lori, is Canadian and a great help. While there a travel writer was staying also, and said this is the most relaxed and "at Home" place on the Island. It isn't fancy but clean, Lori will help set up trips and give you great suggestions.
