The next couple of days I headed out to the city. Checked out the London eye, Westminster Abby, St Pauls Cathedral, Big Ben, Tower of London, Tower bridge, London Bridge, Buckingham palace, Oxford St, Trafalgar Square, Paddington Circus, Leicester Square, Lords cricket ground, the Chelsea stadium (yes, I went back and did the tour hehe) and a few other great places.

We went over, under, through, across and passed bridges, cathedrals, squares, museums, palaces, theatres, parks too numerous and significant to attempt to catalogue here, all the while learning the fascinating history behind them all. Day 4 - We enjoy being driven around
... We have 3 kids. While Anne, David Sievert and Paula Sievert are learning this, I'm buying a Latte at the Cafe. Grant buys two waters as they are on "2 for 2 pounds" sale. I order the medium size so I have enough to share with Anne, but sadly, it is gone before I meet up with Anne again. She and the Sieverts spend time looking for the ticket office. We spend a great deal of time looking around the offices surrounding Trafalgar Square for the tickets. Once we find the tickets, ...
The long flight to the next adventures...
... our mini-cab driver, who had been quite panicked that we hadn't yet arrived despite our plane being listed as "landed" much earlier, fearing that he had lost us in the throngs of people travelling on Good Friday. This was the third time he had paged for us! I am so thankful for his patience in continuing to wait for us despite his fears, especially on a bank holiday - it certainly made our first moments in England much easier in the Good Friday rush of Heathrow!

A Day Out With Liz
... apart from Italian Gelato - getting our tastebuds ready for the real thing very soon). However, it was amazing the items that are on sale for the rich and famous. I quite liked the £27,000 timber outdoor setting and Richard was eyeing off a £100,000 jewel encrusted golf putter! Unfortunately neither will fit in our suitcases. The food halls are quite amazing though - definitely worth a wander.
