... is beautiful - I could see the mountains surrounding on all sides, with low clouds covering part of them. The city was very clean, and the grocery stores had lots of good organic food, and I have to say I just liked existing there.

My cousin Julie Anne has lived in Leysin for 10 years working as a mountain guide and outdoor education tutor. I think the last time we saw each other was about thirty years ago at university in Dunedin so it will be interesting to see if we recognise each other. ... One of the staff members, Wendy had just found out that her dad unexpectedly died. He was apparently in very good health, 55 years old. That was really sad to hear.
After dinner, I did some more work, then went on a walk with Cecilia. We walked to Eagle's Nest, chatted and I found a 10franc bill on the trail, so it was a pretty good walk!
