I managed to get to the Theatre on time, actually very proud of my navigating skills now! I suppose it would be like looking at the Tube map for the first time - overwhelming until you conquer! needed was two small appetizers to accompany my margaritas and sangrias. Astoria
contains many small scale industrial facilities as well as residences, and a
walk through some of its back streets shows many new small scale condo and
apartment projects going up, clearly geared toward people oriented to Manhattan
who can’t afford Manhattan prices.
