... complemented well by the sweet tanginess of the barbecue sauce. The spicy slaw was vinegar-based with just a little kick. Paired very well with the ribs and brisket to give it just a little extra spice at the end. Even the Texas toast had a taste that was unique. They also had a hot barbecue sauce that lacked the sweetness of the regular sauce but instead had a spicy tanginess.

Unfortunately, we got to KC MO just in time for everything to close. We really wanted to see the Steamboat Arabia Museum and the Liberty Memorial and National World War I Museum, but they were both closed. We walked around the latter, which was very impressive.
