    ... We walked the lower floor, and the went up to the next level, which is unfinished, the same as it was back in the 1860s. It was never finished, so you had a unique view of the architecture. It would have been a grand house, but alas. After the tour it was time to find a place to eat that would be open and serving before 5:00.     But we found another great restaurant, The Cotton Alley, where we divulged in Pasta Jambalaya. YUM!!!! We did realize after Day 1 we went over our food budget. LOL!
