... had a rub down from Heathrow the security team: mainly because Lucy's boulder holder set off the metal detector; and my hand luggage (containing more gadgets than Currys on a good day) was swabbed for explosives. What a joy to have almost 10 days off from travelling and staying in Bournemouth in my brothers house with no particular itinerary! Walking is the theme for this week and Fitbit has clocked up an average of 15000 steps per day!

... We were ready to get on the coach. Legs and feet needed a rest!

We returned to the hotel for a rest. Bonnie went swimming to do her aerobics exercises. It was a smallish, indoor pool but she only needed a corner.
