The goal of visiting Omaha was going to the supposed best zoo in the world. We arrived there at 10:30am and left at 4:15pm, shortly before they closed at 5pm. The journey took nearly 18 hours allowing for the six hours time difference. During the day we dealt with going through security, both in London and Minneapolis. We learned more than we ever wanted to know about the process for getting a refund ...

Left Council Bluffs, Iowa at 7 a.m. on I-80 west. It was a 494.4 mile ride with scenery changing from miles of corn and soybeans to rolling prairies with grazing cattle and oil wells. The weather was sunny, then overcast, then windy, then sprinkling rain, then sunny again and tonight in ...

... communal lifestyle. It was that corporation that leveraged their reputation for craftsmanship to bring the nation high quality kitchen appliances.

This was a shock to the older residents whose ancestors suffered in Germany, made great sacrifice to come to the US and worked so hard to make their community thrive. Colony residents and their children remember how pleasant and wonderful their lives were. While their religion remains central for ...
