      This was just a 2 night stopover in Omaha. We spent the day buying Christmas presents for Julie, her family, and her extended family who we would be spending our first White Christmas with. After travelling for 6 months without being able to but anything a little retail therapy was quite fun. Hours were spent finding just the right gifts for each person.       Day 11 began after a much needed good nights rest at the Fairfield Inn. We arrived the night before at nearly midnight! So good sleep was definitely needed. Our stay at the Fairfield included a breakfast, and we took full advantage! Cereal (there was some that were a bit like Lucky Charms, which made Dev happy), juices, bagels, eggs, the whole lot.       ... by, to the soundtrack of Bluebird's cheerful burbling exhaust note ahead, and the purring note of Blueberry's ( yes, that's the name we have settled on) v twin engine below us.       ... decimated Denver, was still fresh in everyone's memories. There has been a fair amount of ribbing back and forth in the family, but not too bad, since the family all know that I really am not interested in football.

      With that as preamble, the reason that bedtime was so interesting was due to my staying in Brayden's bed, which was decorated by sheets, bed spread, and pillows covered in Broncos logos. Despite this, I was able to get a good night's sleep.
