Week 2!
... to cook the meals. There are 4 huts and we rotate between 4 duties. So at 6:30 we are up working, either in the kitchen (kitchen duty is an all day ordeal because you cook all 3 meals for 30 people), boat duty (which entails bringing all the boat gear down to the boats - which can be quite a treck some days depending on where we pushed them up on shore the night before - yes we push the boats! multiple times a day.
