Fishing time, we took off at 7:30 for our boat ride to one fishing spot. We planned a fishing trip for my dad's birthday, the main reason we went to Cabo. ... my roomie Maddie*. Maddie* had her ukulele and santa hat with her so she played 'Feliz Navidad' for everyone on the boat as they filmed her and sung along, clapping. Claire* even stuck bills into Maddie's* bikini top for added effect. It was hilarious and the locals loved it! ... fired up, it was going to be a good day. As we motored out of the marina, one of the guys started to get all the lines ready. You could be forgiven for thinking that we were a super trawler, there was honestly something like 10 lines out, so the odds had to be in our favour. It sounds corny, but every day we try to see something or learn something new. Unfortunately, my brain has limited capacity, so to learn something new, I have to forget something old.
