Arrival in Havana
... tourist down South. I love how Cubans dress - walking through a back alley is like walking through a slightly dirty rainbow. The buildings are old and bring to mind thoughts of the 50s, but the people milling about are always dressed in bright, happy, flashy tones of all the colours you could imagine. ... a cancellation. True to itīs name the Hostal was very blue! The owners both worked in tourism previously and she was a chef at the hotels so the food was good. They also spoke English, although Josh told me off if I used English back to them :-)
