      ... was not too difficult, basically along the canyon so not too hard an elevation. Except for the short wrong turn we took which was basically straight up! Along the way there are a couple of ruins to see. Previous residences wiped out by fires in the canyon, only the foundations at brick walls/fireplaces remain of what were once beautiful home in the canyon. At the end of the hike was a waterfall.       ... a lot, especially if you imagine I only had half a sandwich and the people next to me ordered a whole sandwich and a pancake afterwards.       ... by Laura when a guy would not let go of me as I tried to walk last him! Silly drunk! Around midnight we made a move and headed back to the hotel .... After copious amounts of hostels, that nights sleep in a big bed was fantastic! I did not want to get up the next morning! Safe to say my first night in Vegas was definately an experience... I imagine there is no place like it in the world and I am excited to explore more of it ...

      ... on the 2-1 defeat....but it was a good match and a great crowd and we followed it up in true English style by going for an indian meal in a funky restaurant that showed Bollywood movies while you ate, whilst sat on cushions on the floor.....slightly strange restaurant (The Indian House) but yummy food....we rolled out of there!!

When he told his father about his intention, his father told him that people will never change if they travel. Although Santiago decided he would not listen to his father and he became a shepherd. Since Santiago was so passionate about traveling, his father gave Santiago gold coins to buy sheep for his new flock.
