Aujourd'hui ce termine mon aventure en Italie! Mais quelle aventure de reve! La quantites de choses que j'ai apprise, les idees que j'ai acquises et surtout les gens que j'ai connu ont fait de ce voyage un moment inoubliable ! I just left Milano where I took my last course of coffee and I loved it ! I'm actually very sad to leave this beautiful country and all my friends here, who knows when I will see them again? but it's now time ...

Museum at Academia for a bit of culture- lots of painting of last supper that were rescued(?) from churches in town. Some really old 14c stuff and some more recent restored items. Amazing brushwork and huge alter pieces some with bible stories that were new to me. Spent arvo wandering lanes and canals. Pizza at same restaurant. ...

Slept better last night. We got up around 8ish, didn't bother with breakfast and headed out to explore.

We walked up the first set of stairs from the street, which inevitably led to someone’s home. But we kept doing this all through Fiumelatte. The streets are steep lined with large pebbles cemented into the paths/steps. Makes you wonder how the elderly get around.

Fiumelatte is named after its’ river. The first mention of ...

... Charades would have been helpful but we were in a car and that could be dangerous. We arrived 45 minutes later to meet 3 very nice old women. They too did not speak English so there was a lot of smiling and nodding. My aunt came down and it was so great to see her.
