... cabina had a treehouse feel minus the tree. The hostel was totally sustainable. There was even a little banana tree that guests could pick bananas off of for free. The most awesome part of the hostel was that they rented out surfboards for cheap! Colin, a Kalamazoo student taught us how to surf and I managed to stand up a couple times. After waiting 6 months longer than everyone else, I have finally taken in the DC program, and I it was well worth the wait. Three days of a spiritual banquet in LESCO (Lenguaje de Seņas Costarricense/ Costa Rican Sign Language) surrounded by brothers and sister who met us with open arms.
