... He had his clothes on, the truck locked, me by the hand and was running down the street in seconds. He had me in a bathroom within two minutes flat. Afterward we were sitting outside just in case I needed the restroom again (I didn't) and JP bought me a rose from a homeless women named Monica. She was drinking a soda with a straw, had two teeth, seemed old but with extremely young looking legs. Tall and seemed ...

Around 7PM, I began getting hungry, so I decided to go back towards Mulligan’s. It was a good choice because they had a really good Caesar Salad Wrap that I got for a great deal. I included a nice glass of wine and watched the ocean for a while. The one thing I had been longing for, silence, and a time to not have to rush anywhere. I didn’t have to be anywhere, no one was waiting ...

Paradise on earth: Casa Grandview in West Palm Beach. Stay in your very own furnished cottage, swim in 2 saltwater pools, chill out on a hammock, fire up the barbeque, bikes at no extra charge, play the piano in the salon, and did I mention the unbelievable 4 star complimentary breakfasts with Starbucks coffee? The place is vegan-friendly, offering soy milk, almond milk, Archer's black bean patties from Publix and the most incredible French croissants from Cheney Brothers.
Luxury cotton sheets, Nautica towels, soft terry robe, jacuzzi bath, free wifi, beach chairs & umbrellas; there is nothing you will need, except just have a fabulous time. It's a great getaway especially for honeymooners, or couples that want to re-connect with their romantic side. You truly feel transported to a different time and place, one of southern hospitality, a slower pace of life, surrounded by good people like the proprietors Cheryl and Kirk and their cute Cavalier King spaniels.
After my bike ride (which they didn't charge for), I was hot and sweaty, so I decided a dip in their saltwater pool would do me just fine. I grabbed a diet Coke zero from my full-sized fridge (no charge for beverages or bottled water!), and had to decide which pool to swim in: the laid back one with hammock, or the more formal one with waterfall and jacuzzi? Such dilemmas (what great luck to have such choices). The sound of the waterfall, the bamboo trees, and the changing colours of the sky at sunset, made me think I was in the mediterranean. With the luscious waters lapping at my toes, I let all the problems of the world subside--Casa Grandview was true paradise.
The clientele is also interesting, having breakfast with a broker from Corcoran from Southhampton NY, a male model from Pierre Cardin, makes for interesting conversation and people meeting while you're away on vacation.
A place is about the people and this gets a 5 star rating in my book.
