... timed Katy and Glenn this morning whilst at Andrews. Stopped off at a farmshop cafe shop where we had some home made soup which was lovely. Spoke to a lady who made jams in different flavours and I bought a strawberry, rhubarb and ginger. Also had a latte and a free water. Followed instructions to Pentwater but stopped again on way at a rest area as Geoff was in need of a sleep. Then carried on and arrive at ...

Kirk says it was really cool to see this glow of light depart the starting line as a swarm of bees and then slowly drift into a single dotted line.

Once we arrived at the starting area, we snapped some photos, wished Kirk good luck and watched ...

          Good evening!
Greetings from Manistee, MI! It's been a while since our last post and a busy month it has been! Kirk had a great week on his own at Iona. Despite traveling around the world he still ran into people who knew him or said with a questioning look, "You're Kirk Miller aren't you?" If he ever gets around to it maybe he will write and tell you about his time ...

... to see one of those. This is such a beautiful place and my favorite campsite so far. We just have the RV parked all day and can do so many things within a short bike ride or walk...and variety, too, from the beach to the woods! Thing I learned today about RV livin': don't buy anything spicy for the fridge...it stinks up your entire house every time you open up the fridge :/( Sorry but no pics of today for the blog; not good internet here, but will upload them when I ...
