    ... postponed our planned trip to Mackinac Island as the weather forecast was pretty sour plus we wanted to see Jace, Scott and the girls when they arrived. When they did, they were tired but in good spirits - long 3 day drive from Reno in a itty bitty car! Tuesday was cold and rainy. Boo.     Severe thunderstorm on the way...so we booked!

    Nice motel - glad it's brick because there is a MAJOR storm coming through this area tonight!

    Got an alarm on my iPad that there was smoke in my condo, so spent the better part of the afternoon trying to get in touch with neighbors every time we stopped, Using on of the other rider's cell phones! Not fun!

    Austin & Cory slept soundly until our wake up call around 9 AM. A quick breakfast and we all began packing up to move up the road.
