    Relax, nothing in control! Raining. Captain in cockpit, v berth is warm and dry. Beautiful coastal Carolina's. Who needs yoga when you are sailing. I do take helm in the 1-100 breaks. 8 hrs in the rain & pulling into Casper marina for nice hot shower. Finally sun shining. ...

    ... we can get past the shoal water at MCB Camp Lejeune and the scheduled firex over the ICW. Being that it's Veteran's Day, maybe we'll get lucky.

    ... and prepping the boat for long-term living aboard. Maggie's preparations were different but certainly out of the ordinary and equally stressful.     Andy flew in Fri. Arrived in middle if the night after being diverted away from cross country storm. He slept on terminal floor with 300 other stranded passengers.     ... not a hardship when it's sunny. The closer we got to Wrightsville the more boat traffic we encountered it was like a lake in the summer, we had tubers go right I front of us do they not see we are big! I loved this narrow passage way but for navigating you had to really watch the depth there were sand bars all over. The locals would drive their boats right up onto the sand bar and play in the water or fish.
