... this while doing the routine morning service on the engine. The options are (reasonably) warm with almost certain rain and low winds, vs. cold and high winds directly on the nose. As I said earlier, I can handle cold or rain but not both together. I opt to endure the wet and make time with the hope of reaching Oriental before the weather deteriorates. ... not a hardship when it's sunny. The closer we got to Wrightsville the more boat traffic we encountered it was like a lake in the summer, we had tubers go right I front of us do they not see we are big! I loved this narrow passage way but for navigating you had to really watch the depth there were sand bars all over. The locals would drive their boats right up onto the sand bar and play in the water or fish.

... the problem and what you are doing to fix it really goes a long way. Oftentimes, environmental concerns are too abstract for the common person because the issue or concern is happening thousands of miles away from them. I can tell you right now many people in Kansas do not understand how their actions affect the ocean.
