      From Conway we drove to Sandwich stopping at a very nice Motel. We spent most of the evening in the swimming pool, the hot tub and the Sauna. A big group on a coach trip arrived and their rooms overlooked the pool. We kept waving at them but they got too embarrassed.

      From there we got the ferry over to Martha's vineyard, a well known tourist area and mainly populated during the summer. 16000 ...

John and I had an excellent meal at the Sea Shanty---lobster bisque for me, clam chowder for John and a seafood platter to share.       ... is so peaceful and gives one the impression of how Cape Cod would have appeared to the first settlers.

      On the way back we pass a restaurant called Cape Cod Super Buffet. We pop in and finds that in fact it is a Chinese place, but with a large selection of sea food as well. Not gourmet, but certainly cheap and cheerful. It certainly helps our budget after all the expensive meals we have shouldered up to now. ...
