Nothing starts a trip like having a fully packed car and a dead battery, but after a quick charge we finally hit the road towards Rochester. With no major roadblocks to report, we made it to visit with our wonderful hosts Leanne, Andy, and Tim, who introduced us to the glory of PF Chang's, and resurfaced some old photo albums with some less than flattering pictures of our ...

off to Palmyra N.Y. Palmyra is home to some of our church’s ...

I rode about 50 miles today on the canal bike way. It started to get a little taxing on my body, just because I'm not used to riding in dirt for that long. It was pretty flat and smooth, but definitely a different feel than blacktop. A cyclist approached us on the canal and started talking to us like he was now the leader of our group. He told us what we were going to see, that we needed to go through ...

... in for the night. The rain pummelled for hours on the rooftop. We remained dry. The next morning we walked up to and along the shorline in the partly sunny morning air. Heavy waves from the previous nights storm still pounded the beach. Pretty.

Total Miles Driven so far = 6197 in case you are counting along.
