... climbed the 294 steps to the top. It was overcast and cool with drizzling rain at times but we could still see the city from the top.

We walked from the Monument to the USS Constitution which is a sailing vessel. It has sailed 5 times this year and will go out again in October before it is taken into dry dock for some time.
