... at 10am. I'm really sad to be leaving so soon, but I still have a lot to see. I'm so grateful for everything Jacquelien and her family did for me. They were awesome, and I hope someday I can repay the favor. I already have a plan to come back to the Netherlands next year for King's Day, and I'm already looking forward to seeing them all again. I got back to the train station at about 1:30pm and caught another train out to Almere Buiten. I got off the train and my friend Esther was there to meet me. It was the first time I have seen Esther since we met in Bali three years ago. We had a nice lunch at her house and sat in her garden catching up. ... leaving my bags, I went back to my hostel a couple hours later. It's a shame because I don't think I really got to see Hamburg, but I didn't have a great experience there. I'll just have to go back someday to try again. I hung out at my hostel until it was time to run the gauntlet of drunken hobos to get to my bus.

The highlight was going to be squeezing through the real submarine they had at the museum. Unfortunately went through with a bunch of school kids and they like to shout and scream. ... cruising along the trails with them. We've stayed in some lovely little campgrounds and have enjoyed having a chance to get to know the Dutch.
