This morning we were booked on a cycle tour of Victoria, we arrived at the office only to be told they didn't have us booked in. When I produced the paperwork they conceded that I was correct, they then had to telephone a guide (who was still in bed!) to come and do our tour. Spencer finally arrived and off we went on a gentle bike ride around town. Victoria is a lovely town with lots ...

We are just in the fine-tuning stage right now of our plans but are scheduled to leave the Island on July 28th. Without giving too many secrets away, we have planned some amazing hikes, meeting with friends and stops for delicious Canadian food along the way.

Stay tuned for more.....

... apartment. With two beds in the bedroom, a full kitchen and living room.

We spent Monday walking around some of the trails in Ucluelet. It was raining all morning and into early afternoon which made us rather soggy. We saw the Amphitrite Lighthouse along the first trail and continued on to Big Beach. We followed a couple trails through the forest back to the main road and then headed back to the room. After dinner, we just hung ...
