After organising ourselves we drove up to the more rugged Cape Cod National Seashore which is a beautiful 26 mile drive. The entire area has not succumbed to over development and so it has retained a lazy, sandy and rugged charm....I can see why JFK loved the area.

We were excited to go to the Beachcomber Hotel for some fresh Wellfleet oysters and the famous raw bar. Unfortunately as we entered the car park we were greeted with a huge ...

... the eastern part of the island. We started to ride on the bike path off the road and on the bike path on the harbor side of the eastward swing. We got about 30 minutes into the ride and Marinn said, "is this all we are going to see it greenery?". We wanted to rent bikes to be able to see the island appropriately. Well, all we saw was green bushes and asphalt. After she made that comment, i decided we need to go on the beach side of the island and found that there ...

... been fantastic to be a part of such a pairing of two greats. And, we missed Kristen Chenowith, who would have been fun to see as well.

After our time in Provincetown, we headed to a nice beach on a bluff in Truro and had our lunch over looking the Bay. It was a great day!
