... puddles. At first I tried to avoid them, then the rain started and it did not matter. It was really fun to ride through these puddles spraying everywhere, soaking our feet. Really fun ride... ... ourselves to a piece of apple pie! It was such a lovely, peaceful day, with spectacular scenery all around us. I couldn’t stop taking photographs! I must say, I am glad Belgium is so flat, and there are dedicated bike paths everywhere! You would get the off scooter wanting to take over the bike track, or occasional car that could only enter their driveway via the bike track, but mostly it was just us and the bikes (100% hill free!).
