... our neighborhood dropped by on their morning walk and brought over their lobster pot. David, the builder of Rich & Beth’s house, was over here today to do some repair work and also dropped off a lobster pot with plates with drawings & instructions on how to eat a lobster and claw breakers. A big thank you to Rich for making these contacts and helping us out! Now we’ll see how it goes on Friday night!

Our hotel has big bears and moose (not real ones) all around it and is geared up for winter skiing.
We did a forest walk and I saw a chipmunk. First one I have ever seen. Not sure if it was Alvan Simon or Theodore!

Nice little motel tonight in Franconia , a somewhat weird Italian dinner at a nearby town because the only eatery here was definitely not recommended by our landlord.

So today we went to the Bartlett, New Hampshire post office and met Lynn. She explained that yes, we could receive mail at the post office. The mail simply needs to be addressed to us, General Delivery, Bartlett, NH 03812. We filled out a form - so simple. It only works for 30 days or ...
