While my goal has been to fit the cancer treatment into my life rather than have it take over my life, the new diagnosis requires that I devote the year ahead to going for the “cure.”

Breakfast time and was blown away by breakfast. Firstly, organic hand made yoghurt with a pumpkin purée in the centre with pecans and a bit of granola but the best part was the little drops of cider reduction, a bit like vino cotto, but apples. ... stop as it showcased the religion and how it got started. We took a guided tour which was the best, as the guide lived there since 1959 and was schooled at town but grew up with the shakers. He was also a teacher of history, which I quite understood why. The gift shop was great and finally bought the sewing group their gifts.
