Had a nice breakfast at the hotel. It was more than Continental as there were eggs, waffles, sausage hash, potato pancakes, fresh fruit, yogurt, cereal, toast, and more. Our 16-oz bone in strip was seared perfectly. We had each ordered a side (mashed potatoes--REAL mashed potatoes and a veggy medley that didn't have ANY broccoli in it!!). We cut the steak in half, with Carol getting a third and me getting two thirds!!
