We departed the Lowell area across Hwy 2 towards Western Massachusetts, entering the Mohawk Trail across the Berkshires. After the great exercise, Brian decided to make homemade pasta. Tony and Michelle had a pasta maker and Brian showed them his technique for making pasta from scratch in a very short amount of time. We made two types of sauce: a tomato based sauce and a pesto. Both were delicious.
