The main path up and down goes through a crevasse in the cliff to provide some footing.     ... The others were covered, but way up top. I still contend that Andrea, Marshall and I had the most authentic and fun experience! We were certainly soaked to prove it! And the game was fun…even if Germany ended up winning. But in the midst of the rain and the loss, we got word that the U.S. would go through to the next round as the 2nd place team in the group, above Portugal and Ghana.     ... you actually get up there.

    There is a nice little green near the Capitol Wheel. They have free zumba and yoga here some days and they show movies here. Uncle Jesse says they showed the World Cup here.

    We decide to take a paddle around the harbour. We find the area and want to go on the swans so all five of us can go but the guy tells us no since the wind conditions weren't right for it. Instead we had to settle for a blue paddle boat. Uncle Jesse sits this one out ...

    ... when I got home, and then showered and met up with the family for a welcome home dinner. Now it is 10:25PM (3:25AM, Oxford time), and I am trying to stay awake and go to bed at a regular hour to combat the jet lag. Tomorrow will tell if I have chosen wisely.

    So final thoughts on Oxford. Hmmm, it is hard to sum up. I miss it already. Of course, it was great to come home and see everyone, but there is still a part of me that is walking ...
