... than 20 miles down the road. After breakfast, I got back on I 84S. Shortly after I crossed the state line for New York, I passed another exit 19 and noticed a diner beside the road. I think that was the exit that Shannon actually intended for me to take as it was about an hour away. Good thing she was tied up elsewhere as we would have had breakfast together at different diners. Today was our last day in Washington, before getting the Amtrak to Chicago in the afternoon. First of all just to say that our place to stay with airbnb was really good! We stayed near H Street, and we went to &Pizza and had possibly the most garlicky pizza of my life. However, by the time I crossed the Mason-Dixon line into Maryland, the sky had cleared although it was still windy. I turned east along an interstate highway, I was done with secondary roads for the day, and within 15 minutes had arrived at Rocky Gap State Park.
