... of the United States. Blaine is 6 miles North which is on the Canadian Border. Tomorrow we have a 9:30 appointment for the dogs in Bellingham which is about 20 miles South. Once we get that done we will come back and fix the steps and generator and clean the RV before we head into Canada Tuesday morning.

So I'm sure I've told some of you this, but lately I've been having these reoccurring nightmares about Italy. In my dream, I am getting off the plane in Florence-and that would be great except i'm in my pajamas and I have an empty suitcase. Funny to tell people, not so funny to wake up to covered in sweat. ... Our stateroom was small, very clean, comfortable for 2!!

Beautiful sunset ad we left and the sea was smooth - lovely looking at the northern stars again. Rob will have then worked out before we leave Alaska.

The highlight of our first night was seeing the Northern Lights - wow

... the Spice bazaar and the Grand Bazaar. to be closed for 4 days! Unbelievable. I'd never heard that they ever closed. Stephanie went to the door of the Grand Bazaar and had a picture taken, showing she'd at least been to the site, but was very disappointed not to shop there.
