This morning we slept in until 7:30 before getting dressed and going to look at the Casino. We spent $10 and made (and lost) $17. We then checked out of the hotel and headed to the Saint Louis Science Center - a child's paradise (and mine). We departed at 4:30 PM – United 854 for Lima, Peru. Flight duration 6 hours.

We arrived on time at 11:05 PM at Lima's Jorge Chavez International Airport. We were met by the transfer agent and a bus. ... complemented well by the sweet tanginess of the barbecue sauce. The spicy slaw was vinegar-based with just a little kick. Paired very well with the ribs and brisket to give it just a little extra spice at the end. Even the Texas toast had a taste that was unique. They also had a hot barbecue sauce that lacked the sweetness of the regular sauce but instead had a spicy tanginess.
