... mainly gay patrons, where anyone (if your good) can join the piano player and belt out their favourite tunes. The thing is a lot of Castro residents are theatre performers, singers etc and so the calibre of people you get there is really high! So we headed in, luckily got the last table right by the piano, and ordered 2 martinis. The singers and pianist were great and were obviously regulars who were used to putting on a good show. Nutella on toast for breakfast and we are happy little vegemite's in America! Just the boost we needed before tackling the peak hour traffic through San Fran to return the car to the airport. Wasn't as bad as LA which was pleasant! Made our way back to our room then set off for the day.
