... I was back by 6pm to head out for the last time. The club we went to was massive and quite a lot of fun. It was packed as well mainly because everyone was partying for Thanks Giving which was the next day.
Talking about Thanksgiving, the next day we had an $8 lunch that that fed us like kings. We had turkey, pie, all sorts of vegetables, and it was all you could eat which made it even better. Perfect way to finish my stay in San Fran.

... most densely populated pocket of the city but definitely the most colourful. it was great to wander the streets soaking up the atmosphere sounds and scents of the tightly packed shops and restaurants.. it was more like china than china...!! having been to Shanghai..hehe....the street markets were packed with fresh fruit and vegetables that I could not name and crammed with buyers and sellers chatting in Chinese..an awesome place..

Thanks to the wonderful joys of natural disaster, Sami and I were able to leave early for our trip to avoid our original layover in New Jersey. Now we will travel directly to Frankfurt, Germany, and then a quick flight from there to Barcelona, Spain. More stories to come as our journey ...

... en OMG wat heerlijk was dit weer! En effe wat anders. We willen morgen als lunch de noodlesoup doen. Denk dat we die ook wel kunnen gebruiken na een ochtend blauwbekken op Alcatraz.
De planning voor de ochtend ligt dus al vast, gezien de kaarten. De middag zal vooral Fisherman’s Wharf, Golden Gate Bridge (als het helder is), Lombard Street en misschien een stukje Little Italy en Chinatown worden.
Dan kunnen we zondag op zoek ...

... Domaine Carneros for our first tasting which included 8 full glasses of a mix of bubbling through to reds. Yummy cheeseboard too. Amazing grounds & building here.

Discovered very few wineries serve lunch... can't understand why not as surely they would make a killing!

Next tasting was at Robert Mondavi winery where Zill & Jeff did some more tastings. I'd had enough wine ...
