... of the sea floor are exposed and covered back up in the same day. The Hopewell rocks section of the bay is especially known for its unusual flowerpot and archway rock formations so that is where we decided to start our exploration.

It would have been best to kayak around, but the outfits that rent out the kayaks don't start operations for another week so we had to settle for showing up at low tide to walk around ...

And it's over...well, apart from post camp!

And so, as soon as it's begin, it's all over! Today was Nottingham Fair Day at camp which meant we were all on our best behaviour and had our best greenies on for the parents who were visiting. It was actually a really nice day! Apart from the slightly disappointing lunch, the food was incredible and my day was actually pretty chilled. ... showing the parents, but I have every confidence it will be a huge success with them :-) We also had "The Banquet" which is like a big round up where Rick gave a speech about camp, and then all the awards for activities. It went on a bit, but it was good to see the kids achievements recognised. This is just a quick update, because the next couple of days are gonna be really busy and I need the sleep! ... been a couple of problems with attendance...some campers don't seem to have the same dedication as students at university. That being said, some campers have a huge dedication and are so committed to putting on a great show! I can't wait to put it on. In other news, tomorrow we lose 3 more campers, bringing our total down to 3 campers and 3 counsellors...a ratio of 1:1! Just 1 more week to go and then post-camp begins...BRING IT ON!! ...
