So today was a roller coaster - lots of ups and downs. It started out great. We left Chicago and in 2 and a half hours or so, we were in Madison, Wisconsin. I was shocked by how much I loved Madison. It was such a nice place to stop and spend some time. We ate breakfast at an awesome little place called Mickie's. We started our day enjoying the free wifi with the kids in our Baraboo hotel while Mom & Dad got ready. The kids are really loving the free wifi on this trip!

As we left, we put the Wisconsin state sticker on the van since we will be leaving Wisconsin and heading West. Not sure if we'll make it as far as South Dakota tonight but that is our goal.

As we drive we begin to see huge Wind Turbines. The more we drive, the more we see. They are huge and many are turning in the wind. They are spread out across the landscape as far as your eye can see.We cannot believe how many there are. I Google them to find out the following facts. They are amazing and beautiful to see!
