Gail knew of a camping spot in El Paso, nooo Nellie not Texas, it is in Illinois. It was behind the local Super 8 Motel. The spot had 30 amp electric only so we were able to watch a little TV and had lights to see by. Total cost for the night was $15.00. We had driven 9 hours and only went 205 miles.
I sure hope accidents and cold are not a harbinger of things to come. All in all it was a good day. ...

12:17 AM 3343 miles 181 gallons of gas 61 hours on the road (drive time) We left Pennsylvania at 9:00 am today (actually yesterday). 15 hours later, here we are. The crew got some sleep the last few hours of the drive. Eli sat up front with me cause he wasn't feeling great.
