... Very passionate about the subject and had stories about many different things ranging from Washington' escape from the English, to why prostitures are called hookers in USA... ( They are named after a hook of land on the east river where they used to frequent)

Up to the alarm and wake up calls at 4.45am. The sleep was a bit restless knowing we had the early start and therefore more aware of the activity outside. There were still a lot of people on La Rambla. When we left at 5.30 by taxi and there were quite a few people milling around the night club and nearby by the prostitutes were doing business. Our taxi driver said that women are brought in from Africa by Spanish mafia and he noted that a police ...

... half of Brooklyn had the same idea. It was slow going and I knew the clock was ticking.
Finally, got through the mass of tourists, runners, bikers and Lunch hour strollers after about another half hour and thought Lunch was going to have to wait as I get nervous with hard deadlines approaching.

... I was snoring my ass off I am sure...

After the bar we got $1 slice pizza before we headed back to the Bronx. We stayed at Collin's friend's house for the night since I didn't feel like getting lost again... He was nice enough to let us crash there. When I woke up I went straight back to my sisters to have breakfast with her then off I went to Richmond, VA! This was probably one of the most fun times I have had in NY even though I was half asleep the whole time!
