After the caves, we get back on the Scenic Seven Byway. This is a beautiful drive with a lot of great views. We see mountains, valleys, trees, and at towards the end we're almost raped by ghosts (or maybe we're just paranoid). Check out the pictures.
Ozark National Forest! Happy 4th!
We arrived in the Ozarks about mid day on the 4th of July. Totally forgetting everyone was on holiday our stop by the information station was less than fruitful and we drove down the winding scenic roads and enjoyed the view.

We were in my mustang and with rain threatening we almost threw in the towel. There was no cell phone reception and we were afraid if we got stuck it would be a real problem. We decided to go ahead and give the road a chance and finally found the sign for the falls.
