    ... just sold for $23 million! Basically, Nantucket has evolved from a remote, historic island to a retreat for the rich and famous. Everything here is out of sight from a cost perspective.     ... pat and jarrad and andrew got together in a wager. Who ever scored the lowest score on each hole scored a point for the team. Most points wins.
