... but maybe not such a great look.

On our way to Sonora last night, I spotted out of the corner of my eye a quaint old American town and so this morning we made a detour to explore it properly.
This was Jamestown. Quintessential American pioneer town with the wide street and dinky little shops. A must visit. When we filled up with gas on the way out, Kelly the gal on the till said she had lived there all her life... was on a rather short piece of elastic and never been ...

The Mirror Lake was as disappointing as the Swinging Bridge. It was basically just a bigger puddle of ice cold water, but there was a guy who decided to swim in it so it gave us something to watch. I kinda regretted not bringing my swim suit. IŽd go for it.
