Internet bandwidth and mobile tariffs are just not as good and it appears as though both of these markets are not as competitive as ours, subsequently it also seems as though the prices are markedly higher. My experiences of internet broadband have been very poor, with every connection over 3 months of so nowhere near as fast as to the typical connections we are used to at home. Apparently NZ is literally linked to the Aussie broadband via some sort of dongle! ...
