          Saturday 31st October

          ... had not had the chance to try his pasta yet! He told us to wait just two minutes. He left the room and came back with two tubaware to send us on our way with his pasta!!!           ... commissioned to make this statue, carved out of a single piece of marble, covered in a transparent shroud carved from the same marble piece. This is renowned world over for the remarkable tissue-like quality of the marble.
