... where that somewhere would be within, of course, the ridiculous constraints of the aeroplan program, ended up being quite the challenge.

Not to go into too many details about the lovely aeroplan program, but you basically need to book about six months in advance to get any kind of decent flight, you have to pick a destination with low fees and taxes, otherwise you end up paying so much you may as well have just bought ...

We walked the same way as Sunday over the bridge to the Museum of Civilisation which we were pleasantly surprised to find was free. The highlight for us was the exhibition on the Canadian journey to the North Pole at the start of the 20th century to claim more land. As with all museums though after a couple of hours we were getting bored so we decided to make the most of 'Tight Tuesday' and watch a film.

... more evident in my walk that mirrored the hip jolt similar to his when he visited. Whilst his was due to a dodgy hip, I’d just failed to get up and walk around for the last five hours, making me look as though I was trying to walk like a gangster, something that’s night on impossible when I’m not loaded out with bags, never mind when I’m carrying 20kg in a bright green backpack.

... to mount on the walls so it does not take anymore floor space. Its an apartment that is a bit run down, going from student to student with no inspection in between. So, it's not fancy but it is okay for 1 year. The great thing about it is its' location. It is a 10mn walk to Ottawa University and it is between two main street. It is also located by the LGBT community of Ottawa, so that is a bonus. Not a far walk to Mike or to downtown. So ...
