      We are in the village of Canneto on Lipari in the Aeolian Islands. It is a picture perfect little fishing town by the sea centered by the Catholic Church with a few bars and trattoria.       ... stalls, and all sorts of festivities into the wee small hours. Our kids ran around through the party like mad things. They begged us to buy them balloons and plastic rubbish (which we did) and danced on one of the stages before we packed it in and went home to bed.
