When we arrived at this house it was pretty clear that this one wasn't quite like the others, it had been recently painted, had all it's windows and doors, freshly cut grass and had huge fences around the outside. It was kind of like a which house is not like the other and the Michael Jackson house definitely stood out like a rose amongst thorns. ... officially becoming volunteers for a week at the end of April. A perfect spot to experience the ranch lifestyle while helping out and getting some dirt under our nails. The day went quickly. It was so much fun.... and not at all like surfing.... not even a little. Sliding, skating, rolling..... leaning to fall on your face because your butt is broken..... cold snow was helpful to us all. We pushed on and made the most of our time there.... then finally, at the end of the day, when we could no longer walk.... it was time to go.

Kids had a hard time waking up this morning. I started the process at 7:30. By 8:30, we were on our way to the waterpark. Car loaded (to save time later), breakfast (croissants, raisin bread and yogurt in room) all done. the Swahili Swirl had a long line ar 9:40am. Abt 10 minutes. Lines seemed to stay at about tge same length..10-15 minutes most of the day (only observed until 3pm on Saturday with 80% occupancy.
