... d get a taxi instead, the bus journey was long and there was some right weirdos on there, made me cringe!! We stopped at a cafe where I had my first ever dim sim and let me tell you, it was amazing! yummy goodness! Then back on the coach I fell asleep for a bit, I didn't end up getting to Coffs Harbour till 1am, I got a taxi to hostel then had to try and find what bed was free, when I finally did I had to try make it in the dark, was hard! ... botanical gardens (it has become a sort of ritual at this stage!). I attempted to do some koala spotting in the gardens but the koalas won unfortunately.

We didn't spend too long in Coffs mainly due to time constraints but it was a great place to learn how to surf if you were interested. In the winter months it is definitely much colder than Byron though so sun worshipping isn't always a guaranteed ...
