... the toboggan. Everyone enjoyed the thrill of cruising down the slopes - though I was a little more cautious than Cam! We then went to Sealy lookout to enjoy the views over Coffs Harbour. After Logan's sleep, we went to The Clog Barn. The owners had meticulously created miniature scenes depicting different buildings and environments of Holland. The kids were fascinated and impressed by the little villages - as were we!

... chatting about where we were from, our travels, our plans and teaching and the next minute we realised we had a mutual friend. Claire D my lovely friend and work colleague! It really is a small world.

They had a resident koala in the park and it was lovely seeing him in the trees. We then took a walk around the beautiful marina with gorgeous sub- tropical fish in the water. They are also heaps of Pelicans here. The town has lots of nice shops, bars ...

... there were really good. It had free surfboard and canoe hire as well which was good. We met back up with Renée and Sebastian again too. We went on the canoes down the creek which was nice on a hot sunny day. There were a few big splashes that scared Callum because he thought they were a croc.. But they don't come down this far so we went on. Saw lots of little crabs all over the bank. Was all good but the getting in and out ...

I really couldn't be bothered this morning so I went downstairs and checked out then went back to the room, luckily the people in the room wasn't fussed about me staying in there a bit longer, I got breakfast then came back and chilled for a bit before taking my bag down to the luggage room, my bus wasn't until 5.30 so I went to the beach again and listened to my music, when I started to get hungry I want and got some lunch and brought the anklet I really liked, of course I put ...

... roast lamb.

The evening was time for the junior disco. The caravan park ran a disco for the youngsters. It was a lot of fun. Just what they needed. Another activity to burn off their excess energy that they didn't have.

That's it for today.

27th Friday
A slow start to the day for some. We were up first and completed the walk. Tanya then much later the two girls surfaced. The holiday is catching up with them both.
