A travel blog entry by jwatson on Apr 04, 2015

... the morning and plenty of people around at night, even if the actual hiking wasn't that pleasant. With Fontana Dam looming in our future, a lot of the people at the shelter opted to press on 15 miles to another shelter, giving us just a 6 mile day into town. Everyone was talking about how hard the hike was, but I didn't think it was that bad except for a couple spots. We had a big climb up to a bald first thing off the bat, as if the trail from yesterday was reminding us there was ...

Notes: Came with onions and 3 buttermilk pancakes also

Comments: It was good but not as good as I hoped. There wasn't enough substance to the omelet. The pancakes were just average.

Overall Impression: Below average omelet with average ...

... little something extra that you're always looking for in every meal. And what looks like a scoop of ice cream on the side (how glorious would that be) turns out to be enough butter to drive a Cadillac through a dog house.

Overall Impression: Most amazing pancakes I've ate in my entire life. Wish I lived closer so I could partake more.
