... years in the past as Thunder Valley Raceway). Fun racing, nice folks all around, and really strange schedule - racing from 5 pm to 8:00 pm (we heard the racing HAS to be finished by 8:30 or 9:00 - we're used to an 11 pm or Midnite "curfew" at most tracks!).

... and through the end of our trip, we've seen a lot of great scenery and many little towns and different people along the way. there is the sad points of the journey, where you not only towns drying up with no industry, but lakes and rivers that are nearly non-existent if at all. again, how quickly the landscapes change.

we'll be happy to never hear another country song about turnip trucks, pork rinds and lost love....
